What is your return policy for new items?
Returns for new items are accepted within 20 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable mail. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition. NO RETURNS AFTER 20 DAYS WILL BE ACCEPTED, ANYTHING SENT BACK WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the instructions on the form included in your order within 20 days of receipt to the address below.

Can I return an item that is on sale?
All sale items marked down 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be returned to the sender.
Can I return a hair accessory or eyewear?
All hair accessories and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
If you were shipped the wrong item -please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care department at Shop@PatriziaLuca.com or contact 212-629-6464 ext 109. We will ship the correct item and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.
I received a defective item. What do I do?
If you were shipped a defective item-please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care department Shop@PatriziaLuca.com or 212-629-6464 ext 201. We will ship the correct item and issue a refund for the cost of shipping.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
